When you schedule your inspection on our website, we will have you complete our pre-inspection form to outline the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and if there are any known problem areas in the house. Even though we will inspect the entire house, this gives us helpful background information on what to expect.

During The Inspection
During the home inspection process, our experienced inspectors thoroughly examine every aspect of the property, from the roof to the foundation. We inspect the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, basement, plumbing, and electrical. We are identifying any potential issues or areas of concern and compiling our findings into a report.

Post Inspection
After the inspection is complete, you can expect to receive a comprehensive and detailed report via email, outlining our findings, including photographs and recommendations for repairs or maintenance, providing you with valuable insights into the condition of their prospective home. If needed, we can walk you through the findings and how to best move foreword, at no additional cost.
